Data Acquisition And Control for a Solar hot water Generation System

Introduction :

A solar hot water generating system consists of solar collects and storage tank.  In bigger systems, the hot water is circulated using pumps, the temperature differential is measured and the pumps are switched on – off depending on the logic.

This system acquires temperature data of the hot water and performs the automatic pump operation.

A remote computer displays all the data and allows the user to alter parameters.

It provides diagnostics and manual operation of the pumps.

Stores temperature and flow data of hot water to analyze the performance

Automotive cluster Tell-tale lamp test equipment

Introduction :


An automotive instrument cluster consists of many tell-tale lamps which may differ in wattage from each other.

During manufacturing, it is required to ensure that the right lamp is inserted at the right place.

This system measures the current of each bulb by switching on the bulbs in a sequence and detects if there is a wrong bulb of defective bulb inserted.

The bulb limits are user programmable and the provides a go-no go indication to the user.
