Introduction :

Green house is a laboratory where research is conducted on crop behavior at different, simulated environmental conditions.

Micrologic developed a PC-based system for monitoring, control and data logging of environmental parameters like temperature, humidity, and light intensity without human intervention.

Automated Functional Test System for Automotive Instrument Clusters



Introduction :

Instrument Cluster is a dashboard component used in Automobile.
The test system developed is a customized ATE for functional testing of various parameters in the instrument cluster, automatically. The instrument cluster consists of RPM meter, Fuel gauge, Temperature gauge, Oil Pressure gauge, Voltmeter, set of Telltale lamps (indication lamps) and either an Analogue or Digital Hour Meter.

  • PC based test system with touch screen LCD display as HMI.
  • Fully automated testing
  • A Variant information data base (VID) provides user to create new variant or modify or delete an existing variant.
  • Generates serial numbers for passed components and print a bar code ID.  For failed components the error codes are printed.
